What is the minimum credentialing requirement for therapists?
All therapists must have a valid and current NYS license.  Speech-language pathologists may require additional credentialing depending on the position and its setting.

Do all therapists have to carry professional liability insurance?
Yes, you must carry your own policy with the minimum coverage of $1 million per incident and $3 million aggregate.

Do I have to pay for Millennium’s contracting services? 
No, the therapist pays no fee for this service.

Can I determine how many or how few hours I work?
Yes. We can provide you with the flexible schedule you need, whether in the morning, evening, or at night.

Do I have to work weekends?
You choose whether you work additional hours and/or weekends.  Although you may be asked to change or add hours, you are never required to alter the schedule you negotiated with the position.

Do you offer evening and weekend work?
Yes, there are evening and weekend positions available.

How will I get paid? 
As an independent contractor with Millennium, you will submit a weekly invoice with supporting documentation and receive your paychecks within two weeks of each invoice submission.
